Michael's appointment as Chairman brings a wealth of experience, expertise and commercial strategy given his 30 year career in the area of business and information technology.

The last few years have seen Michael managing his own IT and Business Process Outsource businesses. Prior to this he was Executive Vice-President – Asia Pacific and Global Head of Financial Services for EDS, a Hewlett Packard company.
Before joining EDS in 2007, Michael served as Group Executive for business and technology solutions and services at Westpac Banking Corporation, where he was responsible for all banking IT operations, supply chain management services, property and security.

From 1994 to 2000, Michael was Chief Information Officer of the National Australia Bank, leading all IT activities in Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, Britain and the US. He also served as Executive General Manager of corporate and e-business strategy. Prior to his work with National Australia Bank, Michael held positions with IBM Global Services, Ansett Transport Industries and Rockwell International.

Michael is currently serving on the Advisory Board of the JB Were Private Equity Fund. Michael has a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and holds a Graduate Diploma with a specialisation in Digital Communications. He is a graduate of the Harvard Business School's Advanced Management Program and a member and fellow of several Asia Pacific professional organisations.

Every business should have someone behind it that completely understands what the end user needs – and for MyRecruitOnline that person is Domenic Saporito.

For the last 14 years, Domenic has been involved in the recruitment industry. This has given him direct insight into the 'must haves' and 'must nots' of DC123's first application release, MyRecruitOnline, designed for the HR industry.

Competitors at the time touted 'Live in your application!', but Domenic decided that being stuck inside a computer program at a desk didn't sound like a very appealing lifestyle for a recruiter. Instead, he decided he would 'live on the beach' using a much more sophisticated, real-time application that could automate many of the tasks that fill a recruiters day. That's when MyRecruitOnline was born.

His experience as a business owner and as a Chartered Accountant for 10 years with firms including KPMG and Pitcher Partners also ensures he has the nous and experience to create products that meet the needs of modern businesses.

If there's one thing Damien knows for sure it's that nothing in the business world stays the same. As a commercial lawyer with Minter Ellison and Holding Redlich, Damien has been involved in multi million dollar property transactions from Pitt St, Sydney to William St, Melbourne and has seen first hand the importance of watching the market and adapting accordingly.

He was also Chair of Marketing for a community bank and a trainer of up and coming lawyers, and believes that one of the biggest challenges successful businesses face today is satisfying the demands of a new generation of knowledge workers. The modern worker will not work with antique, inflexible technology that forces them to make all of the decisions, trapping them at their desk where they must sit and push buttons.

It may seem like sci-fi, but Damien believes the office of the future won't have chairs - all work will be attended to on your feet and on the run, while technology, programmed by you, takes care of the day-to-day processes. With MyRecruitOnline, he is making this a reality.

With honours in Electrical and Computer Systems, a Masters in Advanced Networking & Artificial Intelligence and 25 years experience in innovative technology design, Adam Crow has been involved in the birth of numerous innovative technologies including the world's first commercial VOIP system, the Dorian TX8000 Race Timing System used in Australian V8 racing and the world's first integrated 'smart' fax/modem/answering system for Ansett Technologies.

He's the man behind the simple drag and drop functionality that you see in MyRecruitOnline and its intelligent, external rules engine that can be easily and inexpensively configured with hundreds of business rules, without having to touch the code that the software application is built on. What does this mean? It means you can create a personalised 'avatar' of yourself that will complete routine tasks and make decisions throughout the business day, just like you would - oh and you won't have to pay a fortune for software developers to make the modifications. Prior to MyRecruitOnline, Adam founded and managed one of Australia's largest Linux network companies under the banner of DCLABS.
